Support
Following the two-day off-site workshop, the Coaches and Executive
will talk by phone for 60 minutes every two weeks. During the
call, MEDI Coaches will review the status of the Executive's
goals and discuss any other issues the Executive may be facing.
The Coaches serve as a sounding board and provide authentic
feedback to the Executive.
During the coaching engagement,
additional one-day off-site coaching sessions are held as
often as every month but at least
quarterly. During these meetings, progress of the goals are
reviewed, intensive work on specific behaviors related to
the goals is done, and other issues are addressed as needed.
