Assessment
A
two-day off-site workshop kicks off the MEDI Coaching Program.
This part of the program is outlined in MEDI’s
Executive Coaching workbook. At the beginning of the process,
all material collected as part of the Data Collection is
reviewed and analyzed. In addition, the MEDI Coaches will
administer a wide range of leadership assessment tools that
will help the Executive better understand their strengths
and where there are opportunities for improvement. This part
of the coaching program is designed to increase self-awareness
of the Executive’s personal “blind spots” and
form the foundation of the coaching relationship.
