Goal Setting

At the end of the two-day off-site workshop, the Executive, in collaboration with the MEDI Coaches, begins crafting the specific and measurable goals that they wish to achieve during the coaching process. The goals are clear and strategic in areas where the Executive believes are most important in order to take their performance to a higher level. In addition, specific tactics needed to achieve each goal will be outlined so as to provide a detailed map for achieving success. Establishing goals and measuring performance provides a solid foundation for the successful Executive candidate.
