Data Collection
The initial assessment collects data through
a web-based 360 survey tool, Board members, executive staff
members, and any other
individuals designated by the CEO. In addition, the Executive
completes a 9-page Intake Form designed to permit the Coaches
to get to know the Executive at multiple levels. The Executive
is asked to supply any annual evaluations, internal 360
or other information gained from testing instruments (i.e. DISC,
Myers-Briggs, etc.).
