MEDI
has designed an Executive Coaching Program that is tailor-made
for today’s Healthcare Executive. The basic program has
been used in other industries but has been modified to address
the unique traits of the Healthcare industry. From the initial
process of gathering data to the final evaluation, MEDI's coaching
techniques are uniquely designed to maximize the performance
results for each Healthcare Executive.
Our Coaches all have healthcare experience as CEO's or other
executive level positions. In order for the Coach to collaborate
with the executive, they must have contextual knowledge about
the industry and the position of the client. Our Coaches have
on average over 20 years experience as Healthcare Executives.
MEDI
uses two Coaches when working with senior level executives.
The use of two Coaches permits the Executive to have the
insight of two seasoned individuals and permits the Coaches
to move
the Executive to higher levels.
