Edward Hindin
Edward is an accomplished executive, consultant, and executive coach with more
than 30 years experience assisting leaders anticipate and respond to changing
market conditions. As an Executive Coach and Partner of MEDI, Edward’s
experience as a healthcare executive, a chief executive officer and consultant
and coach to hospitals, health systems, alliances and technology companies
enables him to partner with clients seeking to enhance leadership performance.
Edward uses his industry and coach training
and coaching experience to help individuals and teams align personal,
professional and organizational vision, strategy and behavior leading
to greater performance and satisfaction. He works with leaders and
teams to build trust and improve the level and quality of communication
and accountability required to achieve stated goals. He has helped
executives with strategic planning, business development, and consolidation
challenges focused on building leadership capacity and enhancing
organizational performance.

Edward holds a Master of City and Regional
Planning from Rutgers University. He is certified in Coaching and
Organizational Learning from the Newfield Network, an accredited
member of the International Coach Federation. Edward is a member
and completing certification requirements for the International Coach
Federation.
