Dave Angus
For the past 19 years, Dave Angus has provided professional leadership and OD (Organizational Development) coaching to Healthcare Executives in both the for- and not-for-profit sectors of the Healthcare Industry. He has successfully coached and advised executives at the highest corporate levels as well as hospital-based executives. Dave provides a broad and in-depth understanding of the Healthcare Industry. Having facilitated hundreds of successful team building sessions in Healthcare, Dave is also uniquely skilled to link the executive coaching experience back to the executive team in a coherent and cohesive fashion.

As Vice President of Organization and Management Development in a major regional health system, Dave shared in successfully consolidating two major tertiary care centers including executive teams, medical staff, management staff, and employees. Dave understands the dynamics and unique challenges currently facing Leaders in today’s Healthcare environment. He has successfully worked with and presented numerous workshops and presentations to Healthcare Executives, Boards and Physicians.

Dave currently coaches key executives and organizational leaders who successfully achieve billion dollar revenue targets and lead extremely sophisticated workforces. Dave also coaches Physicians covering a wide range of medical specialties. He holds a Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts degree specializing in Organization Communications from Brigham Young University.
