James G. Mullins, Ph.D.
Dr. Jim Mullins combines his 30 years of experience in management and leadership development with his clinical experience to assist healthcare executives in developing self-awareness, leadership skills, and emotional intelligence.
Dr. Mullins earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with co-major in Administration from the University of Georgia in 1979. Subsequently, he became the Director of the North Fulton Mental Health Center in Roswell, GA, the Executive Director for the Northside Hospital Behavioral Health Services in Atlanta, GA (1988), Vice President for Behavioral Health Services at Northside Hospital (1989). For the next eighteen years, Dr. Mullins was responsible for leadership training, service excellence, strategic planning, as well as administrative responsibility for a variety of clinical and ancillary services. In 2007, Dr. Mullins left Northside to return to clinical practice and to work with MEDI in the field of executive coaching.
