Don Hutton, Founder
Don Hutton considers founding MEDI in 2001 to be the most important work of his professional career. Forty years in the healthcare industry has provided him with the depth of experience and insight that position him to help CEOs and other healthcare executives raise the bar on their performance.

Lee Angus, President and Founder
Lee Angus serves as President of MEDI as well as an Executive Leadership Coach and Management Consultant. Lee's specialty is helping leaders who are new to the executive level and transitioning their leadership approach quickly and effectively to meet the new expectations placed upon them.

Andrew W. Allen
Andy Allen has over 35 years of healthcare experience, holding various executive positions in hospitals and health systems across the country. Most recently, Andy served as interim CEO in Saginaw, Michigan for his previous employer, Ascension Health, the country's largest not-for-profit and largest Catholic Healthcare System with $13 billion in revenues.

Mike_Deegan Michael J. Deegan, M.D., D.M.
Mike Deegan is a physician with 40 years of progressive experience as a clinician and health care executive. His career has included clinical, research, education, management and leadership responsibilities in academic medical centers, single and multi-specialty group practices, community hospitals and complex integrated delivery systems. Mike has also earned a Doctor of Management degree that included thesis research focused on the emotional intelligence competency profile of physician leaders; a subject of continuing interest on his part.

Janet_Dombrowski Janet C. Dombrowski
Janet Dombrowski is an Executive Coach with MEDI. As a senior strategy leader in various organizations for nearly 20 years, Janet Dombrowski brought positive energy, strong business and consulting skills and integrative thinking to a variety of key strategic initiatives. Having built her personal credibility as a trusted advisor to many executives with intuition, integrative thinking and a direct approach, Janet wanted to bring more of her "self" to her work. She chose to build on her skills at creating synergy and highlighting a path forward in projects and processes to doing the same for individuals and teams through leadership coaching.
