Noted for developing a culture of superior performance and engaged employees, Sabrina, through professional coaching helps senior leaders cultivate inspired, high performing organizations.

Dr. William Kent has been working in healthcare as a clinician, executive, consultant, and coach for 30 years. He utilizes this experience and knowledge in his work as an executive coach and consultant today to help executives realize their full potential. He believes the mission-oriented work of healthcare is both a leadership challenge and an opportunity.

Lee Angus, CPA, Partner
Lee Angus is a partner with MEDI and serves as an Executive Leadership Coach and Management Consultant. Lee's specialty is helping leaders who are new to the executive level and transitioning their leadership approach quickly and effectively to meet the new expectations placed upon them.

Andy Allen has over 35 years of healthcare experience, holding various executive positions in hospitals and health systems across the country. Most recently, Andy served as interim CEO in Saginaw, Michigan for his previous employer, Ascension Health, the country's largest not-for-profit and largest Catholic Healthcare System with $13 billion in revenues.

James G. Mullins, Ph.D.
Dr. Jim Mullins combines his 30 years of experience in management and leadership development with his clinical experience to assist healthcare executives in developing self-awareness, leadership skills, and emotional intelligence.
